Remove points from licencr

Hi. Is it possible to get points removed from my licence for non disclosure? The letter went to my old address as I was out of the country and it was for a parking offence he committed. The second registered driver admits full responsibility.

Which points are you referring to? A parking offence has nothing to do with a driving license. The driver isn't even legally liable, it's the car owner who is responsible for paying or challenging the penalty.
