I’m a bit overwhelmed with the technical legal aspects of my PCN. My initial appeal was based on the guidance provided by forum members, and I refined it using AI. However, with more detailed legal points being raised, I’m finding it a bit difficult and confusing to wrap my head around.

CP8759, I read your PM and replied to you.

Your immediate actions are simple IMO:

Register your appeal.
Grounds:
Penalty exceeded the amount applicable in the circumstances of the case.
Procedural impropriety.

Further representations may be made upon review of the authority's evidence.

That's it for the moment.

I posted legal references primarily for the purpose of assisting other posters when peer reviewing my suggestions, sorry if they confused.
