Stopped in a bus stop Redbridge

I went to make U turn but had to stop for a few seconds to let cars past. At the end of the clip you can see me start to make the turn. I've already had my appeal denied, is this worth taking to the adjudicater?

Post the PCN hiding only name and address.

Trouble is this is a no stopping contravention but it is fairly clear you were on manoeuvres.

I can't find the original PCN so here's the Charge Certificate and the rejection.

Why have you got a charge certificate? The rejection letter says you had to pay or appeal to the tribunal. If you did neither it looks to me you're stuck with a £165 bill when you could have paid £55.

I'm not an expert with these matters, my life is pretty busy - I thought I was still within the time allowed to appeal to the adjudicaters.

It may be the charge certificate has been served too soon:

Rejection: 30 August giving 28 days from date of service.
Charge cert: 27 September.

Someone better at calculating will hopefully check this.

I think you can still try lodging an appeal.

The adjudicators to accept late requests for appeals but will no doubt want to know why the request is late.  The CC was issued on Day 28. (28 days from 30th August takes it to 27th September, (as there are 31 days in August), so they issued it very promptly.

The rejection refers to 'end of 28 day period' which reading back is the 28 days after the rejection was served (delivered), ie deadline to appeal.
