PCN for Bus Lane Contravention, Derby

I recieved a PCN for the above offence, I'd like to view the footage as I feel I was only in it for a very short duration and have successfully appealed one in this way before in Leeds, going on the Derby City Council website I can find no way to view if even though it states on the PCN that I can.

I see what you mean about unhelpful website :(
Are you sure it is not lurking under challenge/pay my pcn? (can only get so far without PCN number and reg mark.)

Meantime, please post up here
all sides of the PCN (only redact yr name & address - leave all else in)
and a GSV link to the location.

I did go down the challenge/pay route and it literally was challenge or pay, nowhere to view the footage.

I'll upload the PCN asap.

It looks like I've entered the bus lane only in the last few metres, their camera position cut's off the end so it looks like you are further in.  :)

I had a quick look on GSV. You entered the bus lane opposite the Texaco petrol station, which makes it about 24 metres in the bus lane.  Too much for de minimis, I'm afraid. Any reason for entering the bus lane? It is in the outside lane, so not a typical installation.

I'm not sure how far down I drifted into it that's why I'd like to see the footage before comitting to pay, I'm unfamilliar with the area and had previously taken a wrong turn, this was my second attempt to get to where I was going.

Measuring the distance on Google maps I was in it for about 15mtrs.
