Thank you very much for this, but I wasn't able to find the case(s) you mentioned above: I followed 'Registers of appeals', but couldn't find the case you shared. (Even by typing the number into the search bar on the top right.)

When I click on 'Access Statutory Registers' (under Register of Appeals), I get 'Service not Available ' every time. What am I doing wrong? Sorry to be a pain, but I tried searching 'Ealing' in the search bar too, but only 4 cases came up, none of which you shared. I'm totally lost.

It looks like their Statutory Register is off-line for maintenance. I expect it will be back on line next Monday.

hi,

Yes, thank you- they are back online today, so I looked at the cases. There are 21 cases listed for appeals; 3 were allowed.

I'm going to send my representation today via email. I'll let you know Council's response.

Hi all,

I submitted my formal representation to Ealing Council by email (within the 14-day discounted period) and received an acknowledgement email confirming it had been received.

The acknowledgement states that, to identify my case, they require my name, PCN number, VRM, and address. In my email, I included my name, PCN number, and VRM, but I forgot to include my address.

Do you think this is likely to cause any issues, or should the information I've already provided be enough to identify my case?

Do I need to send another email with my address? I will also be going away in August. Do you know from experience how long it might take for council to respond? I wouldn't want to miss anything important.

Thank you
