I received a PCN for driving in a bus lane on Whipps Cross Road E11, coming up to the Green Man Interchange. Incident was on 8/8, received the PCN on 14/8. Much like the previous cases on this forum regarding the same section of the road (linked below): no 'end of bus lane' sign was clearly apparent to me nor is one featured in their evidence, the road markings aren't exactly well-maintained, and I only switched lanes because I was trying to get in lane in good time for the large roundabout up ahead. There was no bus near me but I made sure to avoid the bus stop markings anyway.

Have provided all my evidence below. Have I got a chance to win an appeal against this?

They will reject but they never turn up at the Tribunal these days so the evidence will in all probability be inadmissible.  Happy to stay with you on the journey.

If I lose this at the Tribunal, I will pay half!  Trust me and look at the cases won on the other thread. PM sent.

I am true to my word.  I won a bus lane case today v Hammersmith and Fulham and they did not turn up.

Is there a general ETA on these kind of things going to tribunal? Would a tribunal take place somewhere within Waltham Forest?

London Tribunals is based in central London where hearings in person take place, but most hearings are by telephone these days. They are now somewhat behind the times, because the tribunal for England and Wales excluding London, the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, now offers video hearings.
