Well the only step to take now is to wait for the notice to owner, and then make a further representation.

Is the address on the V5C up to date?
I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.

Hi @cp8759, Yes all up to date.
Do I need to go to the street where I was fined to check around all the signs and make pictures of them?
Thanks

Hi again,
I've managed to get photos of the street where I received a fine.

You've taken a photo of the sign for the parking bay, but that's not where you parked. We need to see any signs for the yellow line where you parked.

There aren't any signs there. If you see the picture where Mercedes is parked, this is where I was parked. no signs at all. There is not even a machine where I can check anything as they advised in their response.

Would you pl look at GSV and link where you passed the CPZ entry sign by showing that sign.

Something looks v. odd but first I'll wait for your further details.

Please see from attached pictures in the link where I entered the zone and signs related to it. The signs itself looks like they should be other way around pointing that I'm leaving zone SNW.

Exactly! (subject to these being the signs)

If the junction of Henniker and Buxton with Leytonstone is a vehicle entrance into what the map shows as zone S, then as a minimum the sign which applies to your direction of travel (the one on the left) must be 'S', but it isn't, it's SNW with S on the reverse.

The sign on the right is optional or recommended depending on the width of the road, but it cannot substitute for the sign on the left.

Thanks in advance.
