Contravention did not occur
I parked in the parking bays as seen in the CEO's photos on Friday 8 Nov. I only intended to be there momentarily and did not consider that this was parking although I could see that this was written on the sign in evidence.
In any event, it's not possible to commit the contravention given in the PCN of parking in a restricted street within a parking bay and therefore the contravention is incorrect and the PCN must be cancelled.
As I wrote earlier.
OP, you(if you're the registered keeper) get two bites at this cherry, the PCN and NTO.
They'll reject the above- as indeed they would in all likelihood whatever you wrote- but should give reasons which would give advice as to whether to challenge a later NTO and if so on what grounds.
