Pcn 28 day wording is wrong. I can do all the writing for you  - email mrmustard@zoho.com
I am currently too busy working to take on any except the most unreasonable PCNs.

I help you pro bono (for free). I now ask that a £40 donation is made to the North London Hospice before I take over your case. I have an 85% success rate across 2,000 PCNs but some PCNs can't be beaten and I will tell you if your case looks hopeless before asking you to donate.

@James Mallom you've redacted pretty much everything from the PCN?

Please repost the PCN without redacting anything, otherwise we have nothing to work with.
I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.

Mr Mustard and cp8759 have three cases between them in support of the wording error.
@Incandescent!

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

If you do not challenge, you join "The Mugged Club".

cp8759 and mrmustard are true geniuses. I know my place in the hierarchy of The Three Musketeers. 😊 "The Clinician", "The Gentleman" and "The Showman"

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

I now have a bunch against, all by Mr Houghton who reversed his position. 2230500166 is one of them.

James, please post both sides of the PCN in full.

I would be inclined to challenge online saying you made a simple error and that you displayed the old badge which you have now destroyed and enclose a copy of the current replacement.

Please ask the council to cancel for what is the first error of this type (I assume) and that it can't happen again due to the destruction.
