Hello

I've received a PCN from Merton Council.

I paid for a ticket via Ringgo but its picked up my old car reg that is still listed on the app.

Can I appeal this? If so on what basis?

At the very least i'd like my money back if i'm going to be charged.

Thanks

p.s. have tried to attach ticket but says upload folder is full and to contact admin so attached via google.

@John - please let me know if any trouble viewing the links. Thanks!

I have appealed before and been successful on the basis that a ticket was paid for just used wrong reg by mistake. I sent them screenshots of the Ringo app.

TX.

Thank you. That's good to know. Out of interest was this Merton Council? They are usually very painful when it comes to any appeal, no matter how good the merits!

That's all councils, hence why most cases are only won at the tribunal stage.

Anyway, please give us the VRM so we can look at the council photos.
