The Local Authority would also like to point out to Mr Phillip Morgan that adjudicators are not bound by prior adjudicator decisions and that evidence and circumstances leading to the decisions may differ.

I emphasised that they had not sought a review for any of them and...........

At the end of the hearing, I said to the Adjudicator that I was going to buy some eggs and learn how to suck them.  ::) MrMustard and I then shared a nice time down the road.
