Hello - and thank you for all of the help you've given to everyone here. You're amazing.
I currently have a courtesy car via Europcar. I have a Motability car that is in for repairs following an accident. I believe there are some issues with this fine and - according to Islington council - Europcar have dealt with it improperly and they have not allowed me to appeal.
Europcar paid the fine and they intend to collect the fine and admin fees from me. Am I within my rights to prevent them from doing this and will this affect my ability to continue using the Motability scheme if Europcar kick up a fuss to Directline and Motability?
Here's what Europcar sent to me:

They haven't given me any evidence of the signage, nor have they given me a precise location, but I have a hunch that
it may be here. If this is where it was, I believe I would have a case based on
this successful appeal, amongst others. However, since they haven't, I can't say for sure. Am I correct that I could have appealed it on the grounds of lack of evidence of signage (and perhaps lack of precise location)?
However, despite what Europcar have told me, Islington Council have said that I cannot contest it as it's already paid and Europcar's Third Party Authorisation letter is meaningless.
I also believe that my disability and the fact that I was accessing a disabled parking space so I could safely meet up with my wife may be relevant. However, this probably isn't that important, considering the prior successful appeals I have been able to find (and thank you for assisting those people!).
Thank you in advance for your help and advice, even if you're just telling me that I'm out of luck!
