Healthy School Streets
« on: »
Good Afternoon,

I would like advice on a PCN I received after driving into my road during restricted hours in a courtesy car please.
I have appealed to Croydon Council, it was rejected :'(   (of course it was, they are bankrupt  >:(
I drive a Motability car for my disabled son. He was in the car at the time.

Kind regards
Grrr

Pleasae have a read of this
https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/

and post up copies of all sides of the PCN (redact only your name and address - leave everything else in), your challenge and the letter of rejection, mtogether with a GSV link to the elocation and any Council pics/video.

Thank you, for Clarity I have ADHD  :-[  and I'm finding this all incredibly difficult. Too much reading complicated dialog and my brain ceases to function. It has taken me weeks to get to this stage (as in to post)  I will endeavour to post the PCN.

It worked :)

Please try to get the rest up asap, as time marches on....

Perhaps you could get a computer savvy friend to help?

MOST important - what is the date of the rejection letter, and did the Council give you a deadline for replying/appealing?

I hope this is what you meant.

I would like to point out that I am not silly! I just act it  :) I am very good at acting!  ::)
I lack executive function and this makes me very disorganised and unable to concentrate fully when needed. It's a blooming pain in the proverbial. Apologies.

Thank you all <3
I appreciate your time.

Kind regards

Grrrr  :)

This is now extremely urgent, as you're out of time so need to file an out-of-time appeal.

I can do this for you if you're happy for me to represent you at the tribunal, please let me know asap.
I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.
