Copy of the PCN attached. I don’t think there is anything on the PCN that can be challenged - though would be keen to hear if I have missed anything.
My original questions still stand, and which form the basis of the appeal:
The lack of notice for vehicles wider than the specified wdidth (6ft 6inc) - its unlikely that wide vehicles would fit through and there is no safe escape route, and the absence of a sign stating that the white line area is for emergency vehicles only.
A BMW iX was involved with a width of 1980mm. This would not fit through the gap specified to go through, and so I think the argument can be made to cross the broken lines especially as there is inadequate notice warning the driver on approach, despite the ‘must do’ blue arrow.
The only other thing of note is that the vehicle is a company car and the PCN was sent to the DVLA registered address.
