PCN is here

PCN for driving into a bus lane- wondering if the signage is poor as the sign in the picture seems to start after the taper in the road and as I was driving behind a skip truck the sign may not have been visible at all.

Any help much appreciated.

This is beatable. I will PM you my details. We won two out of two in the last year. The signage is contrary to the TSM and basically as Eric Morecambe said to Mr Previn: I am playing all the right notes but not necessarily in the right order.

There is a reversed waring sign acting as a bus lane sign and bus lane signs acting as warning signs. DFT authorisation is arguable too.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

Appeal registered 4th December. They did not contest - as per usual "without prejudice"!
