Hi All,
I really can not afford this charge, can you help me please ? the photo shows my car in a bus lane, there was so many road works and signs I was over whelmed and at capacity ... is there anything I can do please ?

Sounds like a council ticket, I've reported this to be moved to the council forums.
When it gets there, you'll need to provide some information about your case so that people have something to base their advice on. Read the following thread and amend your post accordingly:
