Free bays not seen by Mum 74 yo

Hi my mum parked in lodge drive car park N13 and there are free bays but she didn't realise the car had to be in the bays and a ticket must be placed in the windscreen. She got a pcn and I appealed it but the rejected it today. Is it worth pursuing?

What is the PCN number and VRM.

What was your challenge.
