Free Traffic Legal Advice

Parked on double yellows, similar spot to my previous post only a few days later. I left it a while before posting so didnt confuse anything. As posted previously im a support worker I was in a house overnight. I parked my car there thinking it was OK over night, but since my last post have learnt double yellows are 24hrs regardless of pass or job, I guess the only angle I can look at this time is, I noticed the double yellows are not full all the way round and have gaps and tar mac on them. Or if there is an issue with pcn. I think it was Easter weekend so they were prob hot on it anyway. Ive parked there a lot thinking it was OK but obviously ive realised its not now (im still fairly new to the job and paking permit). Anyway here are all the pcs from there site etc
