Good day,

I was issued a PCN at 20:23 25/10/25. I couldn't see any road signs that suggests cars are not allowed on the road.

please do I have any grounds to appeal this?

This is a council PCN so I have moved this post to the Civil penalty charge notices (Councils, TFL and so on) forum.
