PCN is pants.

I now press the applaud button for all OPs who fight their tickets. As @mrmustard has written: now 95% of people just pay up.

I have plans............

@Incandescent!

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

There was no failure to comply with an indication as the PCN cites the wrong contravention and the signage does not correspond with the signage applicable to the said alleged contravention. Furthermore, you have truncated the period in which to serve a charge certificate.
