@josephalabi make another representation, exactly the same as the previous one. There's no reason why you'd ever want to pay a London bus lane PCN, especially with a council like Greenwich.

Exactly. We have 100% success rate against this council: 2 DNCed a couple of years ago and 2 which went the full distance. They failed to attend and costs were awarded in one. If I get involved, I suggest you name as late as possible for strategic reasons!

This was winnable if you had reached out!

I won three very recently because they redacted the signature from the VCA certificate.

225052899A; 2250528978; 2250529008.

However, it may still be possible to apply for an out of time review but I need to know the full circumstances.

I have to say that this whole system concerns me.  Hence:

The verification code is printed on the Notice of Rejection.

The timeline here makes no sense, it normally takes several months to get get a hearing at London Tribunals, you first post was on 8 January but the tribunal decision was promulgated on 31 January, yet I can't see any evidence that you ever posted a formal Notice of Rejection on here. You must have got one at some point because you managed to appeal to London Tribunals (though for some bizarre reason it seems you did this with a paper form rather than via the online portal), but if you never showed us the formal Notice of Rejection we wouldn't have known you were at the tribunal stage so we obviously couldn't advise you on how to go about it.

I suspect you'd already appealed to the tribunal before you made your first post, but it's hard to tell as you've deleted all the documents.

This is a tragedy. The verification code would be useful because in the three cases I won recently the adjudicator noticed/raised the redacted VCA certificate immediately. So, it would be useful to see if your adjudicator did the same.
