Charge Certificate (Barnet)

Hi,
Received a Charge Certificate from Barnet.
Was parked on a double yellow however managed to get to my car as PCN was being issued the traffic officer told me not to worry as he was going to cancel the PCN. Didn't hear anything or receive the PCN until received a charge certificate.
Any advice would be grateful.

It is only necessary to redact your name and address where present. Please leave everything else visible, including the PCN number and the vehicle reg. All as per the READ THIS FIRST - **BEFORE POSTING YOUR CASE!** sticky post at the top of this forum.

Please correct and repost all pages of your Charge Certificate.

Did the CEO hand you the PCN at the time?

The CEO did not hand me the PCN neither did I receive it in the post.
