Ok, so you have bailiffs at your door for a debt owed to Transport for London. Do you own and drive a car in London ?If you do, is the address on the V5C Registration Certificate up-to-date ?  Moving traffic offences are detected by CCTV and a Penalty Charge Notice is sent to the name and address on the V5C. If you have failed to keep this up-to-date, and not arranged mail redirection after a house move, then the statutory enforcement documents will have gone to your old address. You might care to check with the owners there whether they received anything for you and what they did with it.

As this is a letter from an agent who has attended your property, the fee will include a visit fee of £235, plus £75 for a previous letter advising you of a debt owed to TfL. It is likely that the Customer Reference on the letter is a PCN number.

There is a website that deals with bailiffs, so you might care to contact them for advice as well: -
