Camden, code 34J Being in a bus lane - camera enforcement - HIGHGATE ROAD NW5

I received this PCN yesterday but dated 8 Apr as I was out of town last 2 weeks. The video shows I turned left crossing the solid white line. However, the video does not show the enforcement sign or does the PCN specify the exact location this alleged contravention occurred. Can this PCN be challenged?

Indeed. I will draft later. I am unsure whether they have updated their VCA certificate for this part of the lane yet.

1. The signage is not fit for purpose.
2. I put you to strict proof that the camera is authorised.
3. The last ground is wholly irrelevant.

Sorry for my late update. I received their rejection at the end of June (see first 3 pages) and then another Charge Certificate last week (1 Aug) (see last 2 pages attached).

Any action required on my side or shall I just wait for them to put to Tribunal? Thanks.
