Video shows you entering the bus lane, then stopping in the bus layby, and somebody boarding the car.

It's not me.

But yes, that is correct. I don't have any hopes of challenging this on a, "the alleged contravention did not occur" basis.

But hoping for something technical instead.

I just want to add to that my initial comment sounded slightly entitled, not the intention.

As there's never any reason to not submit an appeal, any suggestions as to what I could start out with?

Should I just submit that no upright signage was passed? Similar appeal to one that I had personally gotten, of which I am still waiting for the EN after 4 or 5 months, if you remember?
