I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.

Any particular reason you might have missed the signs?

Is it OK for the signs to be so staggered as they are there ? One sign has its own pole but the other on the right is well in advance mounted on what seems to be a convenient street light pole.

Put in a plead for discretion, in the meantime I'll find out if the camera is an approved device. As long as you get a representation in this week, the council should reoffer the discount.

I would like to know the make and model of the camera please.
Response:
The camera at this location is a Lanewatch Mk3/MAV 50 HD:IP.
