I have received a PCN for allegedly making a right turn from York Road into Addington Street in Westminster. I was in fact exiting the car park at the Westminster Bridge Park Plaza and never saw the sign which is on the left hand side of York Road, under the give way sign - mainly as I was looking right to check the cycle land was empty!
Any advice - or do I just pay it?
