The Council advises that the contents of a Bus Lane PCN is outlined in Statutory Instrument 2007/3483, Schedule, Paragraph 2, and we are satisfied that both the PCN and the Enforcement Notice comply fully with current legislation.  :D  ;D  ::)  :P  ???  :-[  :'(

They also adduced a PAD 020 certificate for parking contravention: Bosch.

I am not a betting person.  But:

1.  They will continue?

2.  They will DNC?

3.  Notwithstanding 1 and 2: costs?
