PM sent. Please show us the representations you made.
I REGRET THAT, FOR THE PRESENT, I AM UNABLE TO TAKE ON ANY MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. THIS IS FOR BOTH PERSONAL AND LEGAL REASONS. PLEASE DO NOT PM ME UNLESS YOU HAVE POSTED YOUR THREAD ON THE FORUM AND I WILL ATTEMPT TO GIVE ADVICE.

If you do not challenge, you join "The Mugged Club".

cp8759 and mrmustard are true geniuses. I know my place in the hierarchy of The Three Musketeers. 😊 "The Clinician", "The Gentleman" and "The Showman"

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

Hi, sorry for the late response. I attach a copy of the email receipt after i submitted my representation.

PCN Representation Submission

I kept it to " I believe the contravention did not occur due to de minimis of 3,5 to 4 seconds"

De minimus got to be lower than 3.5-4 secs to win this in my view - less than 3 secs we've seen in one council policy but that was ages ago.

I am trying to find out via Google where this YBJ is.

@Hippocrates
Using 'self storage High Road Goodmayes' as search term I came up with this
https://maps.app.goo.gl/FvjWdVXLV9nbCoWq7

which looks like the location.

The High Road is very long, but the satellite view
https://maps.app.goo.gl/P5ewca2RiB72JV8L6

does not appear to show many in Goodmayes.

Thanks John.  I think I found another one.  This is my point - takes a long time to find the correct one if at all.
