Hi, sorry for the late response. I attach a copy of the email receipt after i submitted my representation.

I kept it to " I believe the contravention did not occur due to de minimis of 3,5 to 4 seconds"

De minimus got to be lower than 3.5-4 secs to win this in my view - less than 3 secs we've seen in one council policy but that was ages ago.
