UK Car Park Management - PCN

Hi all,

Have received a PCN in the post for "Vehicle not registered" as the keeper of the vehicle.

It's from a small car park in Milton Keynes, which has some spaces for various businesses. I will check tomorrow, but I'm 99% sure that the particular bay is sign-posted as "Trek store customers only" i.e. the bike store.

I have yet to reply to the letter.

Can you post the reverse of PCN and signs. This does not appear to be POFA compliant no creditor is identified. No period of parking is identified Do not mention who was driving appeal as RK but before doing so obtain the outstanding information. If it refers to trek cycles were you a customer if so do thry hsve dedicated spaces.

I went and took a photo of the sign today. Yes, Trek Cycles has dedicated spaces but they don't prompt to register when in there.
