2 x Fines for Parking on Pavement

Can anyone give me advice please. Situation below

1) My company provides waste clearance services using a van
2) I did a clearance for a client whose house is on a red route.
3) Client has a driveway.
4) when i arrived driveway was occupied by their builders.
5) i pulled two wheels onto the pavement and was stationary for 1-2 minutes. I am fairly sure i didnt leave the van at this point (if i did it would only have been for a couple of minutes, but i am fairly sure i didnt). I HAVE BEEN SENT A FINE FOR THIS
6) I pulled away and parked on a side road. Went inside and asked the builders to move.
7) builder said he would move his van
8) i pulled my van back around and again put two wheels onto the pavement. As the builder had not moved i got out (so did leave the van unoccupied) and went into the house for a few minutes (2-3 minutes). I HAVE BEEN SENT A SECOND FINE FOR THIS
9) the builder came out to move his van.
10) i reversed on to the driveway

Is there anything i can do? I am a working business and as it was a red route i was trying to not block the road. I was not parked for any significant period of time and their footage will show me reverse onto the driveway. It is not like i parked and went to the shops etc. Unfortunately there were two short periods where i had two wheels on the pavement whilst waiting for the driveway to become available.

thank you

Sorry, but you haven't given us any solid data to look at, so please read this and update your thread accordingly.

Note that red-routes are No Stopping, not No Waiting, and can be enforced using CCTV.
