Waltham Forest Contravention 31: Entering and Stopping in a Box Junction When Prohibited, Leabridge Roa on: October 26, 2025, 11:30:45 pm #1 I recently moved house and was completely unaware of the first letter they sent me this is the first time Im seeing any reference to this PCN.Ive checked the video on the Waltham Forest website, and basically, I was in the yellow box turning right. Just as I was about to exit, traffic ahead stopped, so my rear wheel stayed inside the box for around 8 seconds before I started moving again.Im not sure if theres much point in fighting this one, but Id really appreciate your thoughts before deciding whether to pay or appeal. I was under the impression I could still fight it based on how briefly my rear wheels were in the yellow box it was less than 8 seconds. Or have I actually lost the right to appeal at this stage?
