Tower Hamlets contravention code 99 stopped on a pedestrian crossing or crossing area marked by zigzags on: March 09, 2025, 07:29:41 am #1 Good day all,Received a PCN yesterday after parking on white zigzag lines near zebra crossing, to be honest I was in such a rush getting out as the roads were full that I didn't realise they were zigzag lines.
