We need a link like this, but for the exact location. If you go to the street view, then look at the black square top left, you'll see three dots. Click on this for the menu and select "Share or embed image". On the box titled "Share" click on 'Copy Link'. You can then paste it into your post.

OK, so here is the sign that tells you, (and us), that it is a restricted bus stop. If the sign wasn't there they couldn't enforce it.

Video shows you already in the bus stop area, backing up and stopping. Anything more you can tell us about why you parked there ?

Is the sign in the video? Do they have a VCA certificate for the camera?

As for the VCA certificate, I don't know. Does one only find out at London Tribunals ?
Won a case v Kingston Monday because they did not provide the certificate. Neither did they provide a picture of the sign which was knackered in any event - sunburn.

That's interesting, well done.

Much chance of success in this case?

Can I request the certificate as "representations" or is there a different procedure?

So:

1. Go to their website and screenshot and tick all the hoops.

2. I challenge as follows.

There is no evidence of an upright sign in the video.

I put you to strict proof that the camera used to capture the alleged contravention has the correct approval.

I also request the name of the camera.

I make this collateral challenge in that your website fetters discretion because of all the boxes with grounds which must be ticked even before I can make a formal representation. This is surely wholly prejudicial.

In light of the above, please cancel.
