Liverpool - code 27 parked adjacent to a dropped footway on: October 31, 2024, 01:15:19 pm #1 Hi allI have received a pcn for parking across a dropped footway. Any advice would be very much appreciated. I've parked here many times without issue and I've seen many others parked here. I don't think it's a pedestrian crossing, it looks like the kerb is dropped for access to the electrical station or whatever that is behind the railings, although I'm not blocking the actual gate itself. However, I could be wrong on both points. I've left this very very late as I was going to just pay but thought I'd post just in case I do have a shot at opposing it.
