Lambeth 53J contravention - Failing to comply with a restriction on vehicles entering a pedestrian zone on: April 12, 2025, 12:07:02 pm #1 Hi guys, I entered a street which prohibits vehicles at school times. They have been cropping up everywhere in London now but I didn't realise that this one had been created and didn't spot the sign so a genuine mistake on my part. However in the PCN I noticed it doesn't even state what the restricted hours are and the sign is illegible in the grainy photos and videos, so would this or anything else be decent grounds for appeal?Location is here:Rosendale RoadImages of PCN: Logged

But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery.
