I have a hearing on Wednesday a.m. if anyone wishes to observe. I am representing. You can call the Tribunal and simply ask for an observation request.

Good luck! I hope you win.

We did thanks!  2260060952. The appellant did most of the work.  8) Decision later today! 29 minutes.

@Incandescent!

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

@SimonK please start your own thread and I will assist. This is not a criticism but we need to know where we are with each case as they are all different. The adjudicator also mentioned a flaw in the NOR.
