Well, here is Castlewood Road at its junction with Craven Park Road, but its out-of-date, I'm afraid. (March 2019)

Clearly there is a school on that street, hence the restriction. With restrictions like this, we would expect that apart from signs at the entrance to the street itself, there should be placed advance warning signs for motorists approaching on Craven Park Road.  So are there any ? I'm afraid you'll have to do some leg work to find out and tell us.

In addition, the PCN may contain fatal errors of content, so please post up all sides.

I have to tell you that it doesn't look hopeful at this point, but if you can do the leg work, better advice can be given.

When driving in from Craven park left onto Castlewood there is no warning Sign (like they usually put this red sign)
on actual Castlewood is a sign but its slightly tilt so its very hard to notice

The video shows you drove into the road straight on?

The June 2022 google street view capture shows the signs:

The traffic order would seem to be The Hackney (Prescribed Routes and 20 MPH Speed Limit) (Amendment No.59) Order 2022.

The council website says you've already made a representation, please post a copy on here. If you didn't keep a copy, recreate it from memory as best you can.
