For convenience:

You need to obtain and post here the video, which is the evidence in YBJ cases.

Thanks John U.K. for that advice.

I have viewed the video on the authority’s website. Couldn’t work out how to transfer that video to here, so I have requested that the video be sent to me via email.

Is your employer Alphabet GB Ltd, or a different company? I suspect you work for a different company that leases the vehicle from Alphabet, but please confirm.

Also would you employer be happy for you to appeal the PCN on the company's behalf?
I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.

Thank you cp8759 for posting the video as I had no idea how to do it.

Alphabet GB Ltd are the company that supply the lease vehicles to my employer, London Underground Ltd.

My company outlined in an email that I could pay the PCN fine or appeal the PCN. Ideally I would want to appeal the PCN, assuming I had grounds to do so.

Notified by my company yesterday that Brent Council have re-issued the PCN.

To whom??

The law:
The owner is Alphabet who also happen to be a lease company and could use the defence: we're a vehicle-hire company, cancel our PCN and issue a new one to London Underground, the hirer, whose details are as follows.

You can NEVER have a PCN in your name. All you could do, as set out in cp's post, is to make reps on behalf of your employer IF they have a PCN in their name.

So, to whom is the new PCN addressed? Pl post the rest of it.

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

So imagine my surprise, when I received the following letter from the London Tribunals Environment & Traffic Adjudicators.

It seems Brent Council really didn’t like getting their backsides kicked!!!
