PCN - Barnet Council - Parked on a double yellow line - Hendon on: September 04, 2024, 11:13:42 pm #1 I parked on a double yellow line for less than a minute. I got a parking ticket which shows I was observed from 9:21 to 9:21am. Don't they have to observe for a minimum amount of time? How can I get out of this?Thank you for your help Logged
