Hi Everyone,
I've received a NIP from TVP and can respond using their online service, I have not responded yet. As part of that service I can see the photo evidence, I've attached one of the images.
It seems a bit disingenuous with regards to the positioning but regardless, there's a section on the online section for notes - I wondered if there was any benefit in stating my position in that section?
You can see on the image there's a junction joining the road, what you can't see is there's an exit junction just a few hundred metres down the road. It is normal practice to to either move into lane 2 to allow the string of cars to enter and then to merge back in just after the junction. In this case there was a car approaching in Lane 2 so that wasn't an option, I accelerated to stay in front of the cars entering the dual carriage way and then slowed back to 70.
Is it worth even mentioning it, will it make any difference? I'd prefer to say something rather than nothing.
Thanks in advance?
