Have you done a speed awareness course in the last three years?

If "Yes", what was the date of the offence that triggered it?

I did a course in Feb 2022, but cannot remember the date of the offence. I assume it was a couple of months before that.

Then I got 3 points around March 2024

I thought you only got offered those when you had a clean licence? 🤔

There are 3 cameras in the tunnel, might be worth waiting a short while in case more come through for the same date.

I actually remember getting flashed, so reasonably confident it's just the one (I hope). 😬

Having a clean licence is not a requirement for an offer of a speed awareness course. It would appear your previous course is more than 3 years previously, so an offer of a course is highly likely.
