Please be advised your name and address was obtained from the DVLA, as you are the registered keeper of the vehicle. The parking charge notice was sent to you on 20/05/26 and a final reminder was sent to you on 03/06/26. Please see attached PDF copies of these notices.
The correspondence we have sent, and the frequency at which it has been sent, is wholly in line with the guidelines set out in the relevant sections of the British Parking Association Code of Practice.
While we understand your comments, we do not have control over any postal issues / postal service.
BPA: 21.4a A notice sent by post is to be presumed, unless the contrary is proved, to have been delivered and so “given” on the second working day after the day on which it is posted; and for this purpose “working day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday.

Anything I can do here? Happens to be I literally never received the original PCN but not sure how one is expected to prove the absence of something!!!
