Yup. Judges hate the MSE long defence. KISS. Well done though for managing to turn up for the hearing. The judges at Birmingham are known to not suffer the antics of these bulk litigators.

Speaking in broad terms, I've found that judges prefer to decide things on the merits of the case, rather than arcane technical points, where possible.
