Parallel Parking LTD - Parking Charge- Stopped where prohibited -Phoenix Way Coventry CV2 4QP

Help - received the following - the driver went to a nearby shop - there was no parking available so parked on the side as per the photograph. 

Please see attached the photos of the notice the signs are to the left of the car .

The double yellows are painted but appear to be in poor condition.



Any help would be much appreciated.
