The odds of this ever actually going as far as requiring a hearing are less than 0.1%. Even if it did, your odds of being successful are greater than 99% and you would be able to request costs for your travel expenses and up to £95 for the tie off work to attend.

Just to let you know that I received the discontinuance.

A huge thank you to the time that many people put in on this forum to help other motorists.

Do you have a donation pot or something similar? If not would you like a donation to a charity?

If you wish for some of the money you have saved to do some good, rather than lining a parking company's pockets, you may make a donation to a charity of your choice.
