I’ve been contacted by email by the solicitor giving me a settlement consideration.

I assume this is standard procedure and to continue.

I’m getting spammed with phone calls and voicemails from the solicitor now.

Yup... simply block their number. If they need to send you information, they can email or write to you. When they discontinue, they must send you a copy of the N279 Notice of Discontinuation. anyway.

Just received an email from a small claims mediator saying they tried to contact me for an appointment that was apparently scheduled for today... I didn't receive a letter.

I haven't received a letter.

I just got an email today saying I haven't turned up for an appointment.

I imagine it is that email b789 was asking to see...

The email was just from a mediator saying that they were going to try to call me, it doesn't have any useful information.

I've asked to re-book the appointment because I haven't received any more information. They said they will send all of the info out to me in due course.
