@jfollows

Thank you for clarifying those points and noted on returning with the allocation letter in due-course.

To understand the likelihood / preparation required; have you had instances where DCB Legal haven't discontinued?

Thanks,

We can’t make any guarantees. Just search the forum if you want to find past cases. Every case is different.

Fellow moderator on here Andy Foster has had 3 DCB Legal cases go to court (IIRC) - all 3 involved Bank Park and all 3 involved the same car park. This might suggest stubbornness on the part of Bank Park (as in theory it is ultimately the parking company's choice what happens, they are the claimant after all).

So far, the vast majority of 'single PCN' cases involving DCB Legal have been discontinued. Cases involving multiple PCNs are historically more likely to go all the way, as the potential gain for the parking company is greater.

Over on the MSE Forum, they've recorded 776 discontinued cases over the past 3 years: DCB LEGAL RECORD OF PRIVATE PARKING COURT CLAIM DISCONTINUATIONS
