Welcome.

To clarify, you have 3 PCNs subject to current or pending court action, 2 from Euro Car Parks and this one from All Park?

If you want advice on the Euro Car Parks ones, please start a separate thread for those to avoid confusion.

For the one you have shown us the letter for, please read the following thread carefully and
provide as much of the information it asks for as you are able to:

.

Unfortunately, whoever told you to ignore them was providing duff advice, but we can see if we can rescue something.

Hi,

So this PCN was received at block of residential flats. My friend who wasn't well called me and I had to go there in an emergency to help my friend. I didn't park in a marked bay as I didn't want to take up space of another resident, so I parked in an area that wasn't a marked space. It did not block anyone's way or parking space. I have appealed this and again it was rejected. I still don't know where the parking sign is but will try and drive there today to see if I can get a picture of it.

It's too late to appeal. You can safely ignore the debt collection letters, even if Moorside Legal is issuing them.

What you are waiting for is a Letter of Claim (LoC) that will come from Moorside Legal. This will eventually be followed by an N1SDT Claim Form from the CNBC. This is what you want.

Moorside Legal will screw up the Particulars of Claim (PoC) and you will have a very valid defence to get the claim struck out for failing to comply with CPR 16.4(1)(a).

So, ignore anything except an LoC or, more importantly, an N1SDT Claim Form from the CNCB. Show us when you receive them and we will advise further then.
